Refreshing cocktail

Maceration : 8 days
Ingrédients :
Cocktail : 7 cl of champagne |
prune syrup 250 gr of pitted prunes |
1 champagne flute 12 cl
In a salad bowl put 250g of pitted prunes.
sprinkle sugar, pour lemon juice
Film the slada bowl and let it marcerate during 8 days.
After 8 days, pour this preparation in a saucepan, let it boil 1mn 30s à low temperature.
Remove the prunes from the fire, drain them. Let it cool down.
In the chamagne flute, pour the prune syrup, put softly a prune and add the champagne.
Decorate with a lemon slice.
