Duck brochette with prunes
For 4 persons
Ingredients :
15 duck filet
30 slices of smoked duck
½ pepper
15 prunes
oil, salt and pepper
provence herbs
wood sticks
Preparation :
Cut the duck filet in 2 part lengthwise
Pitt the prunes and cut them in 2 parts.
Wrap prunes with the smoked fuck
Stick 1 piece of duck , 1 piece of pepper, 1 wrapped prune on the stick
Season with a mix of oil, slat, pepper and provence herbs
Grill them 5 minutes on each side
