Turkey exports 82 % of the world volume of the dry apricots.
Apricots are selected fresh then dried in the sun, calibrated and sorted out before being sent.
From reception in our factory, apricots are very slightly rehydrated, then packaged and pasteurized before being sent.
Apricots Lou Prunel are soft and have a BBD of 24 months in their pasteurized bag. After opening, keep in the refrigerator.

The dried apricots are very rich in vitamin A, B3, B5, C and K as well as in minerals and in fibers, it possesses a strong antioxidant power (higher than in the fresh fruit).
You can integrate it into all your desserts: cakes, tarts, muffins and various cakes. Do not hesitate to cut it small pieces in your yoghurts.
The apricot can be used in dishes salted as prune or date. It is a dried fruit very used in cooking pots.
