Figs comes from the region of Turkey near the Aegean Sea, in the Aydin basin.

The fig is considered as a fruit crowned in all the religions and possesses besides nourishing virtues for the health. 
Various naming of figs correspond to the forms which are given to them in the packaging : Lerida, Protoben, Pulled, Baglama, Garland.

The dried fig is one of the best fruits, source of a lot vitamins (A, K, B1, B5, B6…) and  minerals  (calcium, copper, iron…)

The use of the fig extends from the starter to the dessert, you can use it on your salads cut in small slices. The mix of the cheese (particularly of goat) and of the fig is a pure delight. They can be also used in dishes: mixed fried vegetables or more original in your ratatouille but also in the Italian recipes, Spanish recipes, Moroccan recipes…


From reception in our factories, figs are very slightly rehydrated, then bagged and pasteurized before being packed and sent.

The figs are soft and preserve 24 months in their pasteurized bag. After opening, preserve in a fresh place.

Preservation :
Before opening make attention of the BBD printed on the label (24 months on the date manufacturing)
After opening in a box hermetic in the refrigerator 15 days.
