Ingredients :
For the dough
250 g flour
125g butter
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
for the fidding
1 jar of Lou Prunel prune puree
4 beautiful apples
1 bag of vanilla sugar
some small pieces of butter
Preparation :
for the shortcrust: pour the flour in a bowl, add the sugar, a pinch of salt and the small pieces of butter. Mix energically until you aobtain a nice dough. Add some cold water if necessary to make a perfect dough. Shape it in a ball and wrapp it in a cloth, then put it in the fridge during 1 hour.
Butter a pie pan and fill the dough, prick it with a fork.
Spread the tart with the Lou Prunel organic prune puree .
Peal and cut the apples. Place them on the tart. Powder with vanilla sugar. Put some nuts of butter on top.
Cook in a warm oven (th7 -200°) 30 mn.
